“You didn't anything wrong. Just try to be yourself.”

Was there a definitive moment you realized you were trans? How old were you?

I can't remember the exact time but even if I were little I always wants to be in "boys team". I can vividly remember that feeling. And of course the feeling of disappointment when I was rejected by that team.

How soon after did you start to make changes? What were these changes?

Through years I discovered more and more pieces of my trans identity. It was like a collecting puzzle pieces. And when I turned 27 I had a panic attack during sex. And whole things evolve to an understanding I am a man who wants to change his body. And start to change my name. Pronouns. And stop shaving. I know this sound silly but I stopped shaving that day.

Have these changes started to make you feel more comfortable in your life and body?

Little by little.. one step after one step.. I learn to listen to my body and his needs. So I become ...more me. More myself. It's not always flowers and butterflies but it's worth every second.

What would you tell your younger self? Would you do anything differently?

Keep your head up. You didn't anything wrong. Just try to be yourself. So even for trying. Be proud of yourself. Lift your head up.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Maybe "love yourself" is a cliché but .."try to be kind yourself" great motto to have.

Have the gender-affirming steps you’ve taken impacted your overall happiness and sense of well-being?

Yes.
